Qi flow is a gentle form of exercise that can restore  the natural flow  of energy or qi through the body.ImageAs you move in  this low-impact  slow motion exercise, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention — as in some kinds of meditation — on your bodily sensations. This practice is effective in removing energy obstruction caused by a low immune system or blockages caused by stress. Qi flow can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to people who have never exercised before.
