I can’t speak French, in fact I had to cheat through French class in high school.  But it doesnt prevent me from using commands in French. I know Im not impressing anyone including my dog and I do question my pronounciation . But I guess as long as my dog understands I guess it doesn’t really matter.

Next fall when you see geese flying south for winter flying along in a V formation, you might consider what science has discovered  about why they fly that way.

As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By following in a ” V” formation , the whole flock adds at least 71% more flying range than  possible if each bird flew on its own.

People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and and easily because they are travelling on the thrust of one another.

When a goose falls out of formation , it suddenly feels drag and resistance of trying to go it alone … and  quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front.

I am kuripot. In fact I have turned that into an art form in of itself. I am notorious amongst my friends for being able to go through the whole evening with only 300 php in my pocket. It doesn’t limit me from going to the posher places either. It just about knowing logistics and tenacity.

Due to my previous occupation and my now hobby, I have been on a constant quest for the perfect place to camp for hours on free wifi.

Although I haven’t found perfection, it’s been fun looking. So for the kuripot like me grab your laptop and go ahead camp away. If you have any other suggestions please dont hesitate to post it here.

I am not a huge star wars fan but I was geeky enough to watch all of the Star Wars stuff just out of a strange compulsion. So I watched all of the Ewok  series in a marathon, it wasn’t much fun but after a few hours I was convinced I could understand the Ewoks. Then after much thought and after the teapot which I had forgotten I had put on had exploded, I had returned to the vcr and pressed rewind over and over again until I was pretty sure that the Ewoks were indeed speaking tagalog and that they thought the  tree was very big. ( my tagalog was very bad at the time)

Its embarassing but I figure why hide it, people will just lie to you because they are too nice to tell you that you have gained weight but they KNOW that you are wearing black for a reason. I figure the least I can do is not lie to myself.

You need to work out. Seriously.  You are the same horrid weight you were in high school . Remember high school?  Remember hiding next to the chemistry lab so you could rush in as soon as the lunch bell ended?  Remember how the only time a boy ever talked to you was to talk to your cousin who was perfect ( and generally still is ) in every way? Remember spending homecoming playing streetfighter? Remember being shaped like a rubix cube? Not fun stuff.

Considering my current profession it was inevitable that they would meet. You say not so. How can dorkiness and K9 narcotics detection ever have a meeting ground. K9, explosives, narcotics  is serious stuff  and there is no way in the world it is possible.

Unless of course the dork in question  is a huge batman fan and had it on a list of requirements for when she was looking for personal K9 that the breed be the same breed as Batman’s dog. Besides if a German shepherd is good enough for Batman , its damn well good enough for me.  Who am I to question the Dark Knights logic?  He is hot, intelligent ,  and can train dogs into being caped crusaders.

I’m going to go on a limb and say German Shepherds are the most awesome-est dogs on the planet just because its on the list twice. As far as cool dogs in comic books go, German Shepherds win by a landslide.

I guess being a community manager for a blink is enough for me to now have a constant  knee jerk reaction to anything SEO or maximization of social media. Its like a videogame everyone is playing. You cant help but look and file the info in the part of your brain where you store random facts about batman ,penguins, and other trivia that is completely useless when trying to impress someone you like.
